Terms & Conditions* By booking to be a model, you agree to these terms and conditions

• Your deposit is non-refundable
• You agree to photos and videos of you being used for various marketing materials
• You commit to having treatment to the areas of the face/bodyconfirmed at the time of booking. Treatment areas cannot be changed on the day.
• You must have a minimum of 3 treatment areas on the day to be considered as a model
• You understand that treatment will be carried out by dentists, doctors, nurses etc who are training in aesthetic treatments, you will be treated by the delegates not the trainers and results can not be guarenteed and results may vary.
• You are aware of the limitations, possible risks and unexpected side effects that may not be possibly anticipated beforehand
• Becoming a model for The London Academy of Aesthetic Medicine does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
